[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Recharge complaint

My recharge was due as on 8/03/2010 , i dropp chq as on 5/03/2010, my chq was debited from my bank acounts on 8/03/2010, but still they are not recharging my accounts

There must be some misappropriation which can be looked into as you mention that your account has been debited but it still does not show as recharged. Countercheck with the bank and provide details of payment to Tata Sky's accounts department which will be directed by the customer care to resolve this issue. You may also be compensated or not charged for the time that your account shows inactive. There are errors at times as mispelt words are wrongly debited there could be several reason and if there is a fault at Tata Sky's end then get in contact with the customer care and provide the accurate details of payment and they will be in a better position to help you out.
