[Resolved] Tata Sky — much delay in relocation | |||
I was requested for relocation of tata sky dth on 28.03.11 but till date, this is not done. I was regularly called & discussed my problem with there customer care for assisstance but no action takes place. I am also feeling much tense because, i was lost the chance to watch the semifinal & final of India in ICC World cup. Now I want to launch a complaint against Tata Sky & also want to know - 1)Is there any provision for compensation 2)Is there any boundation or law for maximum time for relocation process. 3)At last, if nothing possible, then i want to surrender there set top box with antena & reimburse/return my expense on this service. Tata Sky — Delay in provisioning of New Connection
HiiI booked Tata Sky Connection thru call Centre. They assures me that it will be provisioned within 4 hrs of booking & i 'll get a call within one hr for installation. I paid money thru internet. But after 3 hr i called call centre but they assured me that it will be provisioned within time.
But after 4 hr ..& till this time 8 o'clock it is yet not provisioned..Nobody from Tata Sky ever called me for the delay. I called the call centre 7 times & spoke to Mr .. Vikram, Pawan, Nayab, Then Mr Munish.. then Ms Priynka.. so many executives ...they put me hold for a long time... But in the end Ms Priynka Manager told me it can't be provisioned ... I asked Please refund my money back...Why u r assurng on call that it will be through within 4 hr.. They have harassed me a lot... There is no customer care at Tata Sky.. Nobody at Call centre listen the grievence of cutomer properly... They just grab the customer.. & harass...him... There is no link available for feebback at tata sky website.. Neither Any no of Senior officer to lodge a complaint... They have wasted my time & energy... Action should be taken aganist the erring exectuvies & company... They should not book new connections thru phone & take money...
My booking ID on Tata Sky is ..b1-[protected]... When i asked about the penalty for delay on the company no body listened., . that.. I want that customers should not be lured & haraased.. Better service should be provided & company should be penalised ..for harasseing me..
