[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Installation not done

On 10th nov 2012 I made an online payment for a HD connection of Rs 5410. At that time I was told that the installation would be done in 24 hours. However today eod 12th nov and after 6 followup calls the representatives have been unable to give me a response on when and if the installation would be done. I spent 2 full days waiting and still don't know the status. The entire customer service desk is a bunch of jokers who keep bull

i have purchased tatasky on 8/6/2010 .
they asked me that engg install my dish on tomorrow. but next day some one calls me that they activate my dish right now & installation can b done in the evening (10/6/2010)
but from that no one came to install my dish till now (15/6/2010)
i m suffering from it..............................................................

LG HAS LAUNCHED SCHEME OF GIVINING THE TATA SKY ON PURCHASEOF LG LCD /LED PRODUCTS , BUT THE ESTEEMED CLIENT OF TATA NOT DELIVERING THE PRODIUCTS AT ALL IF YOU CALL THERE ARE TELLING WE ARE NOT RECEIVED THEDETAILS, AND IF YOU THE GIVE THE DETAILS AND THEY WILL COME IN 2 DAYS, BUT THEY AARE NOT COMMINGATTALL IF YOU CAL LTHERE IS NO RESPONSE AND I[censored] CALL THE DEALER HIS RESPONSE IS WE HAVE GIVE NTHE DETAILS TO TATA SKY CHECK WITH THEM. AT LAST BOTH ARE FOOLING YOU AND END TYOU WILL NOT GET THE PRODUCT. THIS MY PERSONAL EXP, 6 DAYS BACK I PURCAHSE LED 32' FROM LG AUTHORISED DEALER (Satluj enterprises,Sec-35, Chandigarh) I HAVE FACED THIS PROBLEM.
PLS CARE FULL WHILE PURCAHSING TRY TO GET THE DISCOUNT ON THE SAME WHILE UR PURCAHSING.
REALY IT SAHME OF BOTH ( TATA & LG) , DEAR OCRPORATE PLS LOOK INTO THIS, DON.T TRY TO CHEAT THE CONSUMERS , END OF THE DAY YOU WILL GET RESULT FOR THE SAME

i have purchased tatasky on the date of 07/11/2010 .
they asked me the engg. install my dish tomorrow but nobody come. next day i call to call center to install my dish he said to me that engg will come tomorrow activate my dish & installation can b done in the morning (08/11/2010)
but no one came to install my dish till now.

You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will check the status of installation and immediately dispatch your connection. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and send an installer asap to setup your HD connection.
Lalit Powar was perhaps lucky one. But my experience has led me to believe that Tata Sky people are not only committing frauds and duping their customers but are also very lethargic in attending to complaints except when they are shown money. I have also been duped by them but do not know how to deal with such deaf people.
