[Resolved]  Tata Sky — No signal problem

i have very fedup your service, same problem and current complaint no : 1-[protected] .

Its with all the regreat i state a company like TATA SKY DTH is not able to solve my problem in past one and half year.Its been a regular for me to complaint in your customer care regarding this problem in the past one and half year .

I request you to reslove the complaint immediatly.

Sir/Madam

With the highly dissatisfaction I am writing the mail again to you
about the negligence of TATA SKY Cable Connection on my ID number
[protected] a/c Dilshad Khan which I have from since more then 18
month back, but after six from installation of the cable I have faced
No signal problem and remind so many time to your office every time
you sent the engineers for rectifying the problem but problem is still
remain same no progress on the same and as well as I call your call
centre so many times for the same but there is no response getting
from your side . I am surprised TATA SKY have very good brand name in
the market but I totally fad up with TATA SKY services which i facing
continuing from last many months but no response from you.

Request you to please rectify my problem as soon as possible to
satisfied your loyal customer but if any case i m not getting any
response from your side this time,I will go to consumer court against
you.

Dear sir/Madam,

My name is Dilshad Khan, I am getting problem with my tatasky since
from the last one month,I have loged a complaint one month before but
the problem is same.service engineer is saying that your setup box is
faulty as well as call center executive are saying that setupbox is
fine but no signal problem is remained yet. i am getting this issue
from the last one year. No body is coming with a permanent solution
.you are requested to resolved this issue at the earliest.

Hi Ms ANNA SAHU,
As I understand you are facing no signal problem and it is not exactly identified as to why this problem has occured. You have tried to contact CC and they have assorted and given two days time period to set it up. As there is no remote access to setup your dish connectivity it has to be manually done for which a technician can look into the matter closely. I would suggest to gain knowledge from the customer care as to how will they set it up remotely. There could be a misunderstanding of no signal problem with some other hence they gave two days time period to set it up. Probe and get the cause of issue only then allot a technician. The customercare will do so fo furthur assistance.
