RESP. SIR, I MADE A BILL DESK TRANSACTION OF RS. 4904/- RS. THROUGH SBI INTERNET BANKING TO BUY ONLINE TATASKY DIGICOMP STANDARD INSTALLATION WITH ANNUAL GRAND SPORTS PACK . AFTER THE TRANSACTION WAS SUCCESSFUL DUE TO FAULTY INTERNET CONNECTION TATASKY WEBSITE WWW.TATASKY.COM COULD NOT PROCESS MY REQUEST AND NOT GIVEN ME ANY SUBSCRIBER ID OR OTHER REFERANCES. I VE CALLED MANY A TIMES TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE NUMBERS SINCE THE TIME OF TRANSACION WHICH WAS 08.00 PM OF 29/5/2011.STILL I VE NOT GOT ANY CONFIRMATION FROM THEIR SIDE. BILL DESK TRANSACTION REF.
