Tata Sky — Delay in delivery | |||
i have booked tata sky connection on 2nd of jan 2012, i have been told that u will get connection with in 24 Hrs, after crossing 48 Hrs also i have not received any call from their service engineer. today i have called back to tatasky customer care @ 20.35 Hrs, tata sky lady representative has disconnected my call witout giving any solution. TataSky — DELAY IN DELIVERY
Dear Sir,I had subscribed to Tata Sky on 31.08.09, 12.30PM Monday and have already paid by SBI NET BANKING. I have not received the box still 16.09.2009. Before purchase I had a talk with costumer care, I was assured that I shall be receiving my receiver/box with in 5 to 7 days. Now they are saying the “due to remote place I am not able to received the hardware, I still don’t know when will the again activated the service also. This is “India’s trusted company” service
