M ravinder using Tata number [protected], there was lots of time I was given the complaint in Tata customer care regarding my bill dispute, earlier I was activate one SMS pack in which executive committed me the some count of sms free but when I saw my bill there un expected charges of SMS.
On that time I was ready to make the payment according to my usage but nobody give me the resolution, I was received the call only for bill payment but not for resolution
On 30Th Oct received call from collection agency Honour Voice ( [protected]) she was give me the assurance that you can make your bill payment of Rs. 400/- and rest amount waiver also devoted that your number would be activate within 2 hours.
But after making the bill payment still my number is suspend and no one pick the call from their side, is these kind of services are you given to your customer, how can I trust ( Tata Telecom in where working people like this.
Tata is a brand name in India, and 400 amount is not big for me its word about the Tata services, I waiting for your positive revert in this .
