Hi,
My name is Ashish Trehan and my number is [protected]. I was inquiring about getting a new Internet connection when i received call from TATA after looking at different plans i selected one plan and the executive came to place to collect ID & residence proof and also took an Account Payee cheque in favor of TTL later he called me and said that the plan i wanted is not available to which i requested him to cancel my registration however after couple of days later i find out that TTL has withdrawn installation charges from my account.
My Question is
1. How can any company withdraw money from customers account without even giving any services or connection.
2. When i called back TTL agent and told him that my account is credit with installation charges he replied that the money will be refunded back to me however its almost 25 days and there is no sign or call from TTL in reference to refund my amount and neither that agent is answering my calls.
Below are the details that might help you to look into this matter and i request you to kindly take it seriously because it was shocking for me to see my account credited without anything provided from TTL (No confirmation call, no registration msgs, no installation).
