hi all,
2 days before i got 1 message from Tata saying get your STD/Local at 30p/m by recharge of 45 only.
i recharged with same amount but found its deducting 60p/m then i talked to customer care and found that these rates are available at night only
but this information was not provided in the message
So i feel this is nothing but a way to make customer fool and fetch money from him.
so don't trust any message until you confirm it through customer care Was this information helpful? |
