I have registerd for the DND long back. I am still getting calls and Messagesd even @ the midnight 2AM. i have wrote to tata tele consumer care but of no use. I would like to raise a complaint againt them. my account no. wit tata tle is[protected].

TATA TELE SERVICES — bad marketing
sir,this is to inform you that i, virendra dugar had a connection of tata indicom mobile with no:- [protected] in the name of my mother Sushila devi dugar . I added a caller tunes to my phone but whenever anyone calls me instesd of playinfg the caller tunes to my goodness people use to hear " to download this song press star" why ... i havenot paid for that and neither the pays me for the advertisement of the company. i therefore request to refund me the charges they had deducted so far and they must be penalised futher
