Hello Sir, I purchased Tata Photon Plus usb modem[protected] Huawei EC 152 HSIA USB Modem & INVOICE number I2011-12/[protected] from dealer belonging to Bhuj named Paras Rathod on 26th March and since that day i couldn't connect my modem. Modem i got from him is not usable. I can't connect the modem on any Desktop/Laptop. Probably modem is defective. I have called him many a times and i have even tried to call main branch of TATA but they are also not responding. Now since last 3 days they are not picking my calls. On 17th May Paras Rathod told me he will be sending engineer to my place on 18th May to check the problem in my modem but nobody came. tata telecom — unnecesserily getting post paid bills
hi, my name is puneet i was using a no [protected] after using is it for 2 months i got it temperarly supended one of the tata employ in N.A.C manimajra employ told me u will not get any bill for it and after 3 months it will outomatically be disconnected bt this is the second time i m getting the second bill so kindly wave off the bill amount and let me know as soon as possible.dated 12th aug.2008
