The Photon No: [protected] is registered in the name of my father. Last month I raised a cancellation request.
Then photon executive lied to me that by offering me unlimited service for next 2 months for free of cost and gave me a plan that was worth Rs.250. Also at the end of 2 months I will have option to continue with disconnection if chosen.
Now I have got bill of Rs. 838, when I asked about the details the executives are telling me whole new policy. I need waiver of the same and discontinue the service ASAP.
1. It is disgusting that people at TATA don't have the habit of giving any clarity to the customer.
2. You may not know the truth that the people under you don't even know the Email id of Nodal or Appellate or who he or she is?? Though I have shared the details with your team. Please work on their training and ask them to be transparent and gather all the needed information. The customer satisfaction or a positive feedback looks ridiculous to them.
Seriously TATA has offended me, till last month I had many good things to say but now NONE. If TATA is okay to loose a customer forever then its pretty fine with me.
Anyway help me to get rid off the horrible services provided by TATA by disconnecting it ASAP and providing me waiver of this bill of Rs. 838.

I received calls from TATA and the executive she would give me waiver of 550 and rest I may need to pay that I almost agreed as well but after that never any confirmation came from their end.
So far only itemised bill has been sent to me after so many days the complaint has been registered but committed waiver of 550 has not been done. Was this information helpful? |
