TATA TELESERVICES DEDUCT AMOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION
MORE THAN THREE TIMES IN THE NAME OF VOICE SONG, SHARE MARKET MASSAGES, NEWS MASSAGE
I REQUEST TWO YEARS BEFORE TO ACTIVATE DO NOT DISTURE SERVICE BUT COMPANY NOT ACTIVATE THE SERVICE

EVERY TIME I COMPLAIN THEY ASSURE THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN BUT ALWAYS THEY DEDUCT MONEY.

I was a customer of tata photon whiz in dec 09. and i m misguided by tata employees working in connaught place outer circle office. i also registered my complain at that time regarding my connection No. [protected]. A/C NO.[protected]. but i didn't find any responce from company side. and then finally i disconnect my connection. but after seven months i got a call from no. [protected] (advocate Prashant Sharma) and [protected] ( inspector Davendra) regarding a bill payment of Rs 787 which i never used. these guys call me and Harass me lot.
Is this the way Tata treat their customer ??
Is TATA a customer Oriented Company ??
now my perception about Tata is totally change.
