Tata Teleservices — irrelevant charges after disconnection | |||
I HAVE REGISTERED MY APPLICATION ON APRIL 2012 TO DISCONNECT THE TATA PHOTON PLUS INTERNET PLAN DUE TO MY PERSONAL REASONS, THEY SAID THAT I WILL RECEIVE CALL REGARDING DISCONNECTION WITHIN 24 HRS. I RECEIVE CALL FROM CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE.AFTER LOTS OF DISCUSSION HE PUT MY A/C NO. INTO SAFE CUSTODY FOR 6 MONTH WHICH IS NOT CHARGED.. AFTER 1 MONTH I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING MONTHLY BILL REGULARLY .THEY WERE CHARGING SAFE CUSTODY CHARGES (Rs.50) ON EACH BILL. IN SEPT MONTH I COMPLAINT TO CUSTOMER CARE COMPLAINT NO. REGARDING THIS MATTER, ON SEPT LAST THEY SAID I DON'T HAVE TO PAY ANY AMOUNT DUES ARE SETTLED. IN FEB 2013 I RECEIVE CALL FROM ADVOCATE CASE FILING IN PATIYALA COURT IN DELHI FOR REMAINING DUES TO TATA PHOTON. THEY PRESSURIZE ME TO PAY SUCH AMOUNT. BUT TODAY I FEEL VERY BAD THAT TATA TELESERVICES FRAUD ME FOR NOT DISCLOSING ALL LEGAL MATTERS. PLEASE HELP ME OUT.. Was this information helpful? | |||
