Tata Teleservices Limited (Tata Docomo) — Harassment by Recovery agent asking out of court settlement

Filed by Tata Teleservices Limited, Silicon Terraces, Hosur Main Road, 2nd Floor,

The allegation has been made that I have not paid the outstanding amount for Mobile number – [protected] allotted to me by Tata Teleservices Limited. I have already raised objection citing irregularities in the bill, but there is no correction made by Tata Teleservices.

I have appeared before the Hon’ble Lok Adalat on Feburary 25, 2011 in reply to notice issue to me. I have rejected the settlement because of billing dispute.

The next hearing is scheduled on March 25, 2011.

Today, 26th February 2011, at 11:34AM, I received a call from Phone No. [protected] asking me to face severe consequences if I do not settle the matter outside the court. The caller informed me that his name is "Satish", employed with TATA DOCOMO's collection department.

I state that his behavior was abusive.

This letter is being sent to you in anticipation that the above person may try to make damage to my family, myself and my property.
