I have been having a Tata Indicom Walky connection[protected] for the last 04years. My bill cycle is 26th to 25th of the month. The bill is generated on 28th, and I always used to get the bill by 1st or 2nd of the month. For last few months, I am not receiving the telephone bill on time, everytime I have to remind them to send me the bill. For the month of Sep08 I have still not received the bill, despite my repeated reminders to their Customer Care at 121.
The details of my reminders are
On 07th Oct, I spoke to Mr vinod, who said wait till 8th evening.
On 09th Oct, I spoke to someone, who did not give the name and disconnected the call..
On 11th Oct 1027hrs, I sent reminder thru sms- complaint no.[protected].
On 13th Oct 1535hrs, I spoke to Mr Nitin then his supervisor Mr Shahnawaz- complaint no.[protected].
On 18th Oct 0910hrs, I spoke to Mr Vivek then his supervisor Ms Sarabjeet- complaint no.[protected].
On 21st Oct 1620hrs, I spoke to Mr Vishwa then his supervisor Mr Nawendu- complaint no.[protected], who disconnected the call listening to me.
Then I again called them up, spoke to Mr Sonu then Mr Mohit, I wanted to talk to Mr Nawendu who had disconnected my call, but he did not come on the line. I asked for the Team/Shift Incharge, but I was told that I will have to hold on for 15-20 minutes or the concerned person will call me back within half an hour. When I asked for the name of that senior person, I was not given any name. And nobody from that office called me back.
Although I have paid my Bill before due date, but still I am waiting for the Bill.
I need the bill so that I can claim it from my office, otherwise I won't be able to claim it. The attitude of the people at the Customer Care unit is highly deplorable. TATA in itself is a high- end trusted brand built over last so many years, but these people sitting at customer care are a shame for giving it a bad name.
