[Resolved] Tata Teleservices Ltd / Tata Photon Plus — Connectivity and Dissatisfaction | |||
I have taken the Tata Photon Plus broadband data card (3.1 Mbps) in the month of Feb-March. As a matter of fact the signal is quite low and internet speed is so slow that I have to sit hours for waiting to get connected to the internet and if it gets connected then it take much more time to open any site, even google take so much time to open up. Talking about the transfer rate of downloading, it does not goes more than 6-10 kbps, which is pathetic. At the same time, signals are so much fluctuating that even sometimes I am downloading something or working on something, connection gets lost and I have to start from the beginning. I have made two complaints for the same; one in the Gole Market, Gandhi Nagar, Near Swarn Theatre, but of no use. I received a call from Customer care centre, Chandigarh and they communicated that they will send a Service engineer to look at the problem, But nobody came. After few days, I received a mail from the same people mentioning that the problem has been sought. This is heights of ridiculousness. I request to take proper action for the above issues.
