[Resolved]  Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Limited — rude behaviour of call centre staff.

I am using Tata Photon Whiz since about 10 months. The plan was unlimited with 3.1 mbps upto 1GB and after that unlimited at 153 kbps. After about 3 months of service some call centre staff contacted me on my above mobile and blabbered something which I did not understand what he said. On hearing the monthly post paid charge shall not change I said Yes. After the talk the speed was reduced to >100 kbps and till date I am suffering with the low speed. With out fail every month a bogus SMS comes saying I have consumed 1 GB and so the speed is reset to 153 kbps. Previously I used to see the actual usage on my account. But Usage Metre does not open now. The Installation date is 15th of the starting month and bill used to be on 15th of next month. But now the date is changed to 13th.
Today at 11.20 when I was busy in another work some one saying Tata DOCOMO identity rang up to me from mobile number [protected] and started blabbering something. I told I do not want any thing and told not to disturb me. The man at the other end told Bewakoof Hai before closing. After I finished the job I was doing, I sent a SMS from my other phone [protected] saying "Yes. I am really Bewakoof to hang on with TATA PHOTON". This unparliamentary word of Bewakoof calling a Sr. Citizen of 74 yrs, a Retired Central Government Officer is fit for dragging the company to Consumer court. It is not clear why they do not send E mail to give description of any new plan. Incidentally the SMS are received 20-25 times in a month repeating the same thing. Sometime during Afternoon nap or after bed time at 2330 hrs.
