Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd. — Non- receipt of refund money

Dear Sir/Madam,

My Father ( Chimanlal B. Shah )had booked one land line phone for Rs.900/- paid in cash Via
Application number 2233713 dated 17/12/2007 from United Sunergy located at Andheri - West, after a personal visit
for 4 times by me ( Kishor Shah ) we have not got refund for the
same.kindly note that my first visit was on 18/12/2007 and they
replied me that your Application is forwarded ahead and you will get
refund money through cheque at your home within 2 to 3 months. 9
months have been passed by but still we have not got refund money. on
my( Kishor Shah ) personal visit dated 2/9/2008 to our nearby TATA
Gallery i came to know that they have not processed it ahead, the
money is still with them only.

We would be glad if you could help us in getting the refund money of Rs.900/-
