Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd — False bill & disconnection for not paymnet

They gave me January 2011 bil inwhich 183 calls were shown, where as not a single call was made. So I reqested to provide the Log print on payment of Rs50. But they instead of giving the log print, they disconnected the phone & gave me legal notices.
Inspite of repeated reqest for Itemised log print the did not give the Bill.

This is clear cheating & I am totalyy disatisfied.

Please help.

TATA TELESERVICES (MAHARASHTRA) LTD — Non Delivery of TATA PHOTON+ and not refunding the amount

Application form no. 3130393- and intercation ID no.[protected] dt. 07.01.11 time 9:40Hrs.
This has further reference to my conversation with nodal officer on your
help line number. The details are as follows:
i. Interaction ID:[protected]
ii. Your executive: Savita Raut
iii. My application form details: no. 3130393 dt. 19.12.10

According to the conversation:
i. My service is active from 25.12.10 whereas so far I have not received the device at all.
ii. You have not received the payment although amount has been debited from my account vide CHEQUE no 457558 dt. 19.12.10 cleared on dt. 29.12.10

The company is refusing to refund my amount. The nodal officer is not responding to my communication
