Hi,
I am Majid F Khan applied for the new internet conection on 24th November 2008 but due to some reason been cancelled.The amount which i have paid was in cash of Rs.2500/-, after cancelation Tata Tele Service had provided me the two Demand Drafts in the name of Majid R Khan which is incorrect.And due to which bank is not accepting my Demand draft.
After lots of follow-up i am taking this step you are not taking any interest on my issue i have to take legal action on your company and employees.As you all misguide the customer and fraudulently earn money.
Your employee Mr.Kartik came to me for DD, i have provided him my DD as he told me that i am going to get the new DD with correct name.But i think he is also like the previous one i just want my money.I think all your employees just want such oppurtunity to do fraud.
I have tried lots of attempt on mobile number of your employee Mr.Karthik and Mr.Jitender but they never respond me.If you can help me out of this issue than i will be thank ful of you.i have the form which they have given me at the time of registration.if you need i can provide you the scan copy of that and please take a initiative for the work and complete on priority.

Your executives which has taken the form is not receiving the call and this is not a way to handle a customer.
So, this is my request to solve my query as quick as posibble.

sub : bill is coming above rental charges
hello sir i have taken 200 plan internet broadband night plan 8pm to 8 am now my bills 2 month coming 875 instead of 225 with service charges .
i have complaint in telly call they have given me adjustment in 1st bill i.e of 855 i.e of 350 i have paid 450 than they have told me full day usage plan ie 300 unlimted download whole day and that month bill will come free and get u 200 night plan but again current march bill is 875
so i will not pay this amount and please request u to cancel and disconnect my internet broandnand connection .
