Dear Sir, I have Tata Photon internet pre paid connection (Tata Photon No. is [protected]). I have recharged my account on 21st of May of Rs 200 two times (Total Rs 400). But still my internet connection is not up. I have contected to Tata Photon services many times but they dont have answer for it. So i have made complaint about this but i hvae got different answers from them even i have recieved email that confirming the online recharge was successfull. The transaction IDS for both are[protected] &[protected]. The complaint that i had made with Docket No CON[protected]. So i lost lot of money by calling them to resolve this issue. I am mentaly so depressed due this issue. Even i have visited to there office at Bajirao Road, Pune many times. So i need my money back Rs 400 with compensesation from Tatateleservices Maharashtra I have all those emails sent by Tata teleservices confirming about the transactions made online.
