Tata Teleservices Ltd — Not honoring GPRS pack offering
I'm a Tata DOCOMO postpay customer since Dec 09 and my relationship no is[protected].It has been a nightmare to communicate with your customer care agents and I have 2 issues unresolved.
1. Ref No[protected]
I have been incorrectly signed up on a 899 blackberry plan when I specifically asked to be signed up on the 299 plan. Further more, a customer care agent who called back (and couldn't speak english) said that I would be put on the 299 plan from the next billing cycle which is 326 days away! I refuse to pay for BB services and have asked for it to be cancelled.
2. Ref No[protected]
Your website shows a 199 GPRS plan which allows for 500MB o[censored]sage (Karnataka Circle) for postpay customers. The customer care agents are unaware and when I asked for a clarification, another incompetent agent called back to say that there was an error in advertising these plans and these plans don't exit!
I need a senior executive from TTSL to please address my concerns.
Any help appreciated.
