Please arrange to extend the validity further 30 days (the pending as per the complaint ) as you sougt time up to[protected] to sort out the complaint.. Please let me have your confirmation on the offer. When i contacted your customer care executive today at 9.00 am she told me that this extra validity offer is a mistake ? Commited by me?. If it is a mistake and is repeating every 3 hours, and also as attachment with charge notification, it is pity for an established institution like Tata tele, giving a reply like this. I have called your customer care executive Mr. Sakthi and he was un able to explain and line was simply disconnected charging 50 ps in my account.
