[Resolved] Tata Teleservices (Tata Indicom) — Wrong Billing | |||
Hi All, I am sorry, to say that I am facing one critical issue again due to technical fault in TataIndicom billing system. My Tata Indicom Number is :[protected] My Plan : Combo BB SpeedPro Value 1200 Plan As per my plan I am having data limit of 18 GB , but I am not able to use more than 4GB due to wrong billing calculation from your company. My bill for data usage should start after consuming 18GB, but your system start calculation even from 1st MB. As you system start charging my account 50 paisa per mb , my un billed usages becomes Rs 2000 just after using 4Gb data limit. As my credit limit is set to Rs 1800 , Your billing dept start calling me to pay outstanding amount w/o waiting for bill generation and even suspend my DSL connection. I have sent complain for this online and even called your customer care but no solution, no one ready to fix the issue. I was not able to use my DSL internet for 15 days last months and today also my dsl connection is suspended. Why customer should suffer because of your company technical issue ? How I can use of 18 GB data limit ? I cant pay Rs 9000 when my plan is for Rs 1200. I feels cheated by your company. Landline not working from 15 days
I given many time complaint related to my tata landline still my complaint is pending and very bad response from tata field engineer as well from customer service of tatadocomo.my tata account no[protected]
