I HAVE PURCHASED TATA PHOTON DEVICE ON 13 FEB FRON jAYANAGAR 4TH BLOCK BANGALORE OUTLET. THE DEVICE NO IS [protected]. THE DEVICE IS NOT ACTIVATED TILL DATE. EVERY TIME CALL CENTERE GUYES ASSURE THAT THE DEVICE WILL BE ACTIVATED BY END OF THE DAY, BUT NOTHING HAS HAPPENED SO FAR. VERY BAD EXPERICANCE FROM THE BEGING. TATA TeleServices — Not activating photon + device
Dear SirI have purchased a photon+ card through Harjase Mobile Mall Pvt. Ltd B.70, Naraina Phase-11New Delhi vide cash receipt number HR 4326 for Rs. 2500/-. Sales executive Mr. Ravi had promised me that he will activate post paid connection with the help of my company certifying that i work with this company and i stay at this particular address. Now after 24 hours of contact followup with Tata Teleservices and Harjase Mobile Mall they are saying that they cannot activate the device as the documents provided is insufficient.
Hence would request you to please intervene and either i can get back my money or get the device activated.

i have taken tata photon plus 2g from hanumanthanagar outlet 1 month back till now it is not activated... very bad experience... they are not refunding the money... also they are playing with the customers... please don buy tata photon plus... very bad experience
very bad service... don take tata photon plus.

I bought a internet modem from Kein Relecommunication, a franchise of Tata Tele services on 24 junei have made more than 10 times request, no positive reply from that?
what do i do????
