Tata Teleservices. Virgin Mobile — No top up recharge is succeed on virgin mobile

Dear Sir,
subject :- Top up recharge ( Any Type) not succeed on Virgin Mobile No .[protected].

I have taken new Sim of above No.from Buldana, after activation i used outgoing call from the balance given at the time of activation.
But from last week i tried to top up the my account by easy recharge near about 4 to 5 times. but this Sim card is not taking any recharge, i.e. top up is not succeed on this Sim.
I have contacted with customer care of Virgin Mobile near about 2 times but they are unable to solve my problem. If there is no top up succeeded on this Sim card it will become scrap Sim because i could not contact with my relatives.
please look in to my matter & solve it immediately.
