This is with reference to your mail to me dated today 16 Dec 2011 in respect with my complaint docket no. 382102, the problem still not resolved. Each day I am getting a mail saying your problem will be resolved early, but so far nothing has happened. The phone disconnected on 13 Nov 2011. I once again request you to resolve the problem and activate my phone[protected]. Kindly note that the above complaint is registered vide docket number NTT[protected]. Please activate my phone.

The following are the details of mail between me and the TATA Docomo personnel from 13 Nov 2011 to 19 Nov 2011, how many more days are required to solve my problem by TATA DOCOMO
