I HAD A WLL CONNECTION NO.[protected] FROM TATA TELESERVICES WHICH WAS SURRUNDERED AND THE INSTRUMENT WAS HANDED OVER THEIR REPRESENTATIVE ON HIS PERSONAL VISIT VIDE THE RT. NO.HR 09-10/14871 DT.15.3.2011. I WAS ASSURED BY HIM TO GET THE SECURITY REFUND WITH IN ONE MONTH. AFTER WAITING A LONG TWO LETTERS DT.9.9.11 AND 15.10.11 WERE SENT TO CUSTOMER CARE AT OLD ISHWAR NAGAR, NEW DELHI-110065 THROUGH SPEED POST REQUESTING THEM TO EXEDITE THE REFUND. AN ONLINE COMPLAINT WAS ALSO MADE VIDE COMP.NO. 389015 DT.28.11.11 BUT TO NO RESPONSE AND ALL REQUESTS HAVE GONE TO DEAF EARS.
I SHALL BE GRATEFUL TO GET THE REFUND AMOUNT EARLIEST.
