I had applied for permanent account number as on dtd 08.01.2008 vide application sr.no.[protected] and coupon no.[protected] . But till today Ihave not received my PAN Card

I would like to draw attention to you that my PAN is alloted i.e

I am working with this company as account handling they are not raising invoice for the small product sale and even they are not paying proper income tax as they sale and manufacture product but some product withou income tax paying

I am a lady aged 63 years. I have an annual income of Rs. 4 Lacs, almost all from Bank deposits..
Considering the current income tax slabs of "1.6 lacs- No Tax and Up to 5 Lacs 10% tax",
my tax commitment for AY11-12, works out to only about Rs. 21, 000.
As banks are deducting 10% TDS on all interest income over Rs. 10, 000, I end up paying Rs 40, 000 as tax through TDS.
Can I give From-15G to avoid avoid excessive TDS? Can some body help me on this?
Can somebody impress on govt. to reduce TDS rate to 5%.

As per the IT Refund status on site it is showing that the TDS Refund has been sent by SPEED POST INCOME TAX REF NO CMPP1490441 on 14th July 2010 SPEED POST REF NO EY[protected]IN
On inquiring at the Post Office Speed post dept i am told that the speed post by this ref no is not given to them by the IT Dept.
Please look into it and oblige.
