Dear Sir,

I was an employee of IIJT Education in Jayanagar branch, Bangalore. IIJT was taken over by Teamlease Service Pvt. Ltd.. I resigned from the post of finance faculty in month on February, 2012. I submitted the forms and necessary document for PF withdrawal at the time of leaving. The claim was rejected due to a mismatch in the name on the form and the bank account and subsequently, I submitted the requested documents as well to rectify this problem. I could not follow for a period of more than 9 months due to personal problem. I started following up again in April 2013 and resubmitted all the document since the earlier set of documents could not be found and the process was apparently not started at all.

On April 23, 2013, it was confirmed that all information from my end has been submitted and they are starting the process from their end. Since them all I can get back as update from the Teamlease contacts is that they are coordinating with some other teams but no real information. My PF account number as mentioned in my pay slips is - PF No : WB/PRB/42491/1011

Having said I have not received any useful updates from them since then despite regular follow ups. When I check the status on the PF website using the account number, it shows that the claim has been settled and the amount has been transferred via NEFT. However, I have not received this amount in my bank account at all. If required I can share the bank statement to verify this.

Please help me with this.

This has reference to my above PF A/c number, I have not received 2nd part of PF settlement (Pension part) till the date. As I have resigned to my Job on 31.12.2008 (already 5 months over), even now itself I have not received the payment.

The Teamlease people informed me that PF pension form is under process and it will be submitted to RPFC Bangalore, as per their mail dt.22.5.2009.

Kindly let me know that, they have submitted the PF pension form or not?

I kindly request you to settle my PF claim at the earliest.

This is Deepak Gupta. Currently I'm working on ICICI Lombard GIC Ltd,Kanpur. My PF form was submitted on July'2009 from Banglore TEAM LEASE SERVICES PVT LTD , Banglore . After the so many follow-up (after 11 months) my part of the amount was credit into my bank account. But another second(govt pf dept part) part not credit in my acount.Many times followup with team lease but not satisfied reply from team lease he told the we have submit the your form to PF office,banglore.He says PF office,banglore hand pending.Many times we are calling in[protected] no but phone not pick.
