From K.Suresh To The Provident Fund Commissioner Non receipt of PF amount. Dear Sir, MY EPF account number is MH/50750/840 & MH/51858/88 . I filed form 19 to claim for EPF on 18/05/2009. Approx one year passed but my claim has not been settled yet. When I rang up my ex employer, I got the reply that it has been sended from pf office through cheque no.729915 amounting Rs.8223/-and cheque no.667870 amounting Rs.23120/- dt.01/06/2010. I have checked with my bank but they are not received any cheque in my name. It is going to be approx three months but my employer has not responding. It’s my hard earned money and I am not sure what the status of my Provident Fund. I would request you to intervene into the subject and let me know the status this will help me a lot to my family. Now I do not know how much more time it shall be taking to settle my EPF claim. Kindly do the needful. Your early action will be highly appreciated. Thanking You, K.Suresh.
