HI,
This is sudeep pillai one of the dissatified customer of vodofone. I was a customer of vodofone for last 2 yrs with RCUG 50 Plan . But all on a sudden they have changed my plan to [protected]@1. without my permission.
When i contacted the customer care the CSE told me that i have send an sms to change plan.
But i had not send any sms to change my plan . Why i will do so when i am holding a corporate plan.
I am extremely dissapointed with the respose which i got from the CSE who attended my call .
Then i have visited the vodofone store for resitering the compliaint. They have informed me that it was happen due to some technical problem and your problem will fixed within 3 working days.
Again i visited the vodofoenstore as my plan has not got changed to previous one. But this time there was another CSE who atteneded she was also saying that i have send an sms request to change my Plan.
Why there is'nt any sms command for termination, when they have the sms command for plan change.
