Dear Sir, Above said company name as telecommunication tower ltd india Address: plot no A18, ground floor, sector 22, near Bpo building; Noida. Above company offering me for installation of tower on my land. They have send agreement letter after deposit the 3500 Rs. In account no. [protected] on the name Atul Srivastav in SBI bank. After 5 days I have received letter from them. In the letter they have attached certificate of govt. Tax dept. With govt. Logo. And said for deposit 24000 govt. Tax. In account no SBI [protected] on the name amarnath singh(MD) This very very serious case that the froud people cheated many people. Following are the nos. I have received phone calls from them. Infact, I agree to what the complianant has mentioned. Reason being that on seeing the ad in Times of India, had approached this same company for the enquiry and indeed paid the registration fees of Rs. 3850/- to SBI A/C # [protected] in name of Ms. Vaishali Sharma. After this recd a Speed Post parcel containing documents with Information Letter, Application Form for Aircel Tower Connection, GOI Telecom Tax Department Letter and Reliance Insurance Letter and now demanding for Rs. 25000/- as the Telecom Tax as per 1972 Act. Iam sure this is a FRAUD Company only to loot the people. And when they are called over phone they are so impatient to answer the queries.
It is very disappointing that such a Reputed News Papers are unable to identify and scrutinise the right companies before they put the ad to the Newspaper.
I hv lost Rs. 3850 at present and unware whether if I would receive it back. But request all the viewers to be very careful.

Same incidence happen with me as Company Name :- KROMA TOWERS & CO. Address Head Off Kroma Tower, 409/11, 12th floor, Mangal Pandey Nagar,
University Road Meerut 250001 & www.kromatower.in
This people was send me sms for 70000/- per month rent & 55, 00000/- Deposite so pls send your site address and will inform you i[censored]r site survey via satlight surve.
i had send 4550/- registration amount by online on campany current account.

t now they had send me courier by post it contain receipt of 4550/- of name Bharat Door sanchar nigam and have logo of satyamev jayate.
They asking for deposite State Tax of Rs 51250/- to company account which will refundeble on time of first rent.
I think this is froud company has using Gov. Mof india receipt.
ITs very serious issue and need to save all next people to is it correct or wroung.

Brother I lost 275000rs by the same kroma towers but for MTS network
is this legal..?
