[Resolved]  The Body Care — Cheating of Slimming Centre

even i was cheated the have taken so much money and now also changed my plan and taken more money to reduce with other methods i am really very sick of them, i have lost so much of money i will do court case soon on them.

I agree with these complaints, i was also cheated by one of the Counsellor there. She offered me a package and took payment through my card as i was i hurry she told me to take the session and collect the bill later, i trusted her but now there is nothing mentioned on the bill given to me abouth the services she agreed on and when i asked her that you have taken money wrongly as i was told a different package and you are offering me nothing here, she completely refused to help me. They are not changing the bill now and not even cancelling it. They are running a business of fooling customers with their false promises and earning money out it. It has just happened a week ago i wrote a mail stating my problem to their centralised complain system but have not recieved any response. This incident took place at their Gujaranwala Centre. I trusted them but they have done a fraud, i am not going to stop here. Its my hard earned money, they would have to either resolve it or else i would be taking a legal action against them as they are not treating their customers fairly and they should be punished for it.

Thank you guys. I was thinking of joining Bodycare Slimming Centre. Before that I just entered the name in google search and found these complaints. Thank You all for saving my money and time.

hey.. i agree with all..i went to body care pitampura for beauty package which one was for rs 750 for 5 services but ultimately i paid rs 1400 at the end of the day just double. suddenly the prices wre hiked and the services got lesser. they really cheat or they are just there to fool ppl.
even the services and the treatment was VERY BAD. Please dont go to body care. its the worst.!

I had very bad experience with body care, faridabad centre.. i visited their place for laser treatment in Nov, 2009..initially they didn't tell me that they had made available machine for concerned treatment on sundays only...when i cancelled my all schedules for sunday they told me that they are not able to arrange the machine...they kept on telling the same for 5-6 weeks. since then they haven't called me once..they had already taken Rs.6000 in advance and for that they haven't given me any treatment..its been 6 months now...their employees are very rude, managers are inefficient...i finally asked for money back and they are just beating about the bush and trying to stretch my patient limits...somebody please suggest me how to deal with these kind of cheaters they are truly money making.. somebody please suggest some legal action i can take against them..please help!!

I completely agree with you. They promised to reduce my weight in a month by 10 kg and nothing happening even after going regularly. I never could appointments at all for the tummy tucks. I hate such kind of places

Yup, i also find Body Care to be the biggest cheats. They dont have anything to offer except Boday massages and that too from unhygienic people... i wasted my money and precious time, only to gain a bitter experience. Moreover most of the people i found at Body Care werent satisfied at all with the results that they prosmise... i am in full agreement with the comments of people whom Body Care cheated...and i think we should form a forum altogether

I have also faced the problem with the noida centre and these people have been so rude as well. I did not even go for the course once but still they are not returning back. I think they should be held out in the consumer court. I request to ban THE BODY CARE... They are real cheaters...

i recently visited a slimming centre - Body Care (Pitampura branch). They had promised to reduce 4 inches at waist level and 5 kg of weight. I visited them 10 to 12 times. I had a very poor experience. Since they were not able to give me time during week ends they asked me to come during weekdays. Their behaviour was extremely rude, instead of 45 mins sessions they only gave me 25 minute sessions. At the end of the tenure they are now telling me that the promise to reduce 4 inches is just an ad gimmick. It is only to attract customers and I should not have believed them.

This is a common practice amongst these agents like this. They take money and dupe people like me and then laugh at our plight. Can you do something to shed light on this so that others are not cheated like this. I am willing to give you contact details of "Body Care" if required

basically, these slimming centres try to play with the mind of end users like us...when we visit them, we are anxious to reduce weight and want to hear that we can do so easily...and thats what they say...that it is very easy ...5kg weight loss in a week and blah...blah...blah and we happily pay the money... they also have some junk machines for show off only. the fact is that by giving viration or heat, the only change that happens is the reduction of your body water composition. this will show a slightly reduced weight ( by 250 to 400 gm at the end of a session), but this weight will come back once you drink water...the only way to lose weight is to reduce food intake and eat SMART...THERE ARE NO OTHER WAY...EVEN EXERCISE, YOGA ETC. HELP TO MAINTAIN THE WEIGHT ONLY...THEY DONT REDUCE THE WEIGHT. If you want to reduce weight, go to a dietician in a govt. hospital and get a personal diet chart spending less than Rs. 100/-. Follow the diet plan...eat more in the morning, less in the later part of the day...last food intake shall be at 7pm. Daily do brisk walking / slow jogging for 45 min. YOU ARE GUARANTEED TO LOSE WEIGHT ...if you can fight the urge of eating more and eating junk food. THESE SLIMMING CENTRES ARE THERE FOR MINCING MONEY FROM >>>dont fall prey to them. CHEERS...

These guys are just money mongers & it is the worst beauty clinic i have ever come across
initially they would promise & entice you to an extent that you blindly trust them, avail there service, give them their amount, and once you are in..they are least bothered

i am one of their dissatisfied laser client, i got no results at all even after the 11th sitting; i continuously use to call them up, i met with them personally, but they were lest interested, they said -"we cant do anything mam, your prescribed sittings are over", infact my problem grew worse, the hair area increase, the new hairs were course & sooo dark, sooo balck & visible ; though initially i was promised by the branch manager of body care, Faridabad, that it will reduce the growth & there would be no more growth in future, but when i asked her, she completely refused

i regularly visited them, despite my hectic schedules, to make complaints for more than 2 years
shame & surprise, they never took any action, thousands of time i wrote applications, complaining the higher authorities, but no response ever, ever came back

in this era where customer is treated as god, where to stay ahead in competition you have to make your customers happy, treat them, serve them well, THE BODY CARE is ignorant to these, but has some of its own out of the way practices

they have forgotten that " One dissatisfied customer, leads to 100 more"

i really feel that all my hard earned money went sheer waste, i could have rather used it for some nobal cause, but i got into their TRAP...-(

I feel there should be a forum, a commitee who would listen to the complains of the poor sufferers, & would do the needfull, in this regard---Against these money mongers

BodyCare/Ansal Plaza/Sec 15 A — Fraud

BodyCare's Divya Sood has done fraud with me despite of the fact I have 2 receipts out of three.The third one's card,was made at the center and I have already availed 2 sessions,card no is 007-beauty(MBL-FACIAL).So I thought when the card is made there is no need to retain the receipt.

Divya has refused to give me any sessions on the pretext that the cost of the 2 receipts which i retain,have gone higher and the third one will not be given as i do not have the receipt.

Money is not what i am seeking,it is the betrayal of trust and fraud demeaning our self esteem.

Hi all, I’m a Sri Lankan working for a bank in Delhi, my waist is 32 and I got a pot belly after coming to India. Wanted to reduce so I went to VLCC and paid an advance of 1000INR but couldn’t go there as I had to fly back to SL for some work. After seeing the body care Noida, advert I decided to go there and they said first they will get me lose around 4 inches and cost was 6000 INR with 1000 INR deposit. So basically I lose 3000INR as the deposit for VLCC, BODY CARE and recently to HEALTH SANCTUARRY. These places are very small and very congested. VLCC looked better out the rest but never paid the money of 16000 INR they asked. I was supposed to pay 16000 INR to Health Sanctuary last week, after reading the comments I started to back off. IS THERE ANY ONE who could TELLS ME A PLACE ACTUALLY WORK? Damn PLEASE ..Now I’m gona pay around 16000 INR and joing a good GYM. But still hopes up for a good place. Any one…..??????

Please Please Please do not get carried away by the above statement about Divya Sood([protected]). It is totally wrong & extremely misleading just to exploit money from the innocent customers. I have wasted my hard earned precious money & time. When every centre-head reach their heights of faking, they direct the customers to this supreme person who you are compelled to meet whenever you have problems with Body Care. This lady is totally unprofessional & a great looser. She never replies to her email id [protected]@rediffmail.com. Though she claims she has many years of experience, she is absolutely naïve & pathetic when it comes to facing & solving customer issues. She always pretends to be too busy but the reality is she just wants to avoid the customers. She knows Body Care is a fraudulent company but still wants to portray that it is doing nothing wrong. She arrogantly claims that there are no complaints at all against Body Care. Hello Divya - just type "The Body Care complaint" in Google.com & you will spontaneously vomit if you are seriously concerned about the poor customers whom Body Care is cheating on daily basis. When Managing Director itself is of this nature then obviously what kind of expectation can one have from her subordinates spread all over India. Her mobile number is [protected].
