I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT I WAS BILLED FROM FARIDABAD, CROWN PLAZA BRANCH, AT FIRST SENT TO PUNJABI BAGH BRANCH, THEN TO MEERA BAGH PASCHIM VIHAR BRANCH... STILL THE ISSUE IS CONTINUED THE MANAGER AND THE STAFF OUT THERE IN MEERA BAGH BRANCH HAVE NO SENSES, AND NO MORAL VALUES... I THINK EVEN AFTER MENTIONING UR PROBLEMS, THE REPLY IS THAT MAM, MACHINE IS NOT IT WILL BE AVAILABLE IN NEXT WEEK AND THEY ARE HELPLESS, ONE MORE THING I WOULD LIKE TO MENTION THAT DURING MY 3-4 SESSIONS MY SKIN GOT BURNT AS WELL AND I HAD TO SUFFER A LOT ... AND THEY ARE NOT BOTHERED AT ALL...

Body care at pune is big cheating agency. They have very unprofessional attitude. They know very well how to insult customers for not taking packages.
I know it is waste of money.If someone really want to reduce weight just go for herballife products they are really good i had a very gud experience
I agree with people here who are against body care. I am also one of their client at the noida centre. Not only the services are poor.the machines are not properly working. The washroom is hell dirty and the staff including the head is very unprofessional and rude. They dont know how to behave with client. The so called dietcians are not even qualified. they tell any random diet about which they read on internet and also the staff also keeps changing.I hate bodycare. Please if any concerned authority is reading this. Please take action against the so called slimming centre. They only know how to steal money. People dont visit the noida centre. No weight loss happens there.Its a total waste of money.
I am in accord with the rest about poor services offered by Body Care. I was a regular client of Body Care Beauty department - Gurgaon. Branch Manager Kajal offered me a package for 5000/- wherein I was suppose to get services worth same amount free. I took it but since then it has been sheer hell to get the worth of my money back.
First they have an ancient register system for taking appointments. They give multiple appointments in same slot and then customers have to wait for hours before getting the services. They are always running short of products and use cheap replacement instead. I requested Chocolate wax and I was told by the beautician that they don't keep it as it is expensive. I was shocked to hear that as even a local colony beauty parlor keeps chocolate wax these days.
I had taken an appointment for wax, facial, manicure and pedicure. Kajal told me that you get manicure done first and then go for wax, Cream massage will be done after wax. I agreed. But while my waxing was being done they gave appointment to someone else. When I requested my cream massage I was asked to wait for 1 hour. I had to settle for half part of manicure while they charged me for full. Moreover it is the worst environment for a beauty parlor.
Beauty sessions are suppose to be relaxing but Kajal and another office manager Pooja at Gurgaon Sushank Loke Branch just love to fight in-front of consumers. they shout loud enough to wake the dead. I had a headache when I finally left. Other customers had similar experience.
What surprises me is that they are such a big brand but they don't predict and plan about wear and tear cost of running a salon. Their AC hardly ever works. They have only one broken wax heater, their facial rooms are awfully short of supplies and they have the most ill mannered staff possible. When I was being waxed some or the other person kept on knocking the door to get something. It was so irritating. I had paid for Fruit Facial but they used a local cream as they were running short of original cream. When I complaint about it Kajal was least bothered about something as silly as customer service. She didn't even offer me any discount for the part of the service that I had not received. As far as worst customer service manager goes... Kajal & Pooja can compete for the top positions.
I have forgotten about rest of the package value and I have switched to Lakme where Customer is treated like a customer and not like a chicken to be slaughtered.

I hate bodycare..they just cheat ppl and do fraud. They sell package and don't bother after. I am rellocating with my family due to family and official reason. However, i took 10 thermotherapies package and 20kg weight loss package. I have nt utilised even a single therapy as i took it recently and then due to some circumstances i have to rellocate. These ppl do not have centre there and not ready to refund any money. They just want to digest customer money and give them mental stress. I want to su them for this stress and want to complaint so that they stop fooling people and stop eating customers money. How can i do it pls suggest. I am going bodycare for 2yrs no complete result yet apart frm their attitude, rude behaviour and excuses, just wasting time and fuel by going there nw even stop doing it. I want my money back.

I took a package from the body care in April 2014 which I was not able to continue for some family reasons . I called the body care every month to inform this . now finally when I wanted to continue it in october, thy said that its deactivated and I have to pay 6k to upgrade it. They aren't ready to understand my financial position. They have been rude.Its a very bad customer service . I called the corporate office number atleast 10 times to complaint but nobody picked up the call. I will never recommend the body care to anybody. I want someone from the complaints team or from the corporate to contact me in 24 hours or else I will escalate it to the consumer court. [protected].
They are trying to make fools the customers and they are expert for cheat the customers.
They only want money and after then they are careless about your hair and make the stories for the improve or handle the customers.
Totally the services are poor and rough.

I had visited the Body Care clinic at Koramangala, No. 40, 17th main road, 6th Block, 100 Ft. Road, Bangalore on dated[protected] and met manager Ms. Bandana and she told me yes we are doing cool sculpting – a very advanced technology but that treatment cost is more.
As per their advertisement on dated[protected] in Bangalore Times, Times of India Saturday paper that they are introducing the COOL SCULPTING the latest US FDA Approved technology for fat loss program inch loss by the help of I LIPO cool sculpting laser machine. For that I had paid the amount ₹ 52000.00 but I had surprised to see the machine shown by them. That machine is not a cool sculpting laser machine but they are simply cheating customer by this way. When I asked refund of the paid money then the Body Care owner told me that she is running 42 centres and know how to deal with customers and she told me they will not refund the money. If you need cool sculpting treatment, she will arrange the machine but no guarantee of inch loss. She told me she will come with other machine and I have to take the treatment. I told anywhere in Karnataka cool sculpting laser machine (FDA approved) is available except one centre in Jayanagar. Then how you will arrange the machine. She said she will arrange the machine from Delhi.. sometime told machine has gone to Pune like that. So I request you all don't go to these Body care centres as well as other centres promising false to reduce fat / inch loss or weight loss. Simply consult with a dietician and accordingly take the foods and go to gym for workouts. I am now doing the same and getting good results. Don't fall prey to these predators. Be careful my friends. This is my experience what I have explained here for the benefit of our society.

One day when i asked if i should bring the cotton required for Tummy tug they said yes and i had to take the cotton with me as they did not have the cotton even. Is not this shocking
Center will Never inform customer if they have shortage of staff on particular day. Centre incharge will also dis -appear on such days .You will never find any one senior at center for addressing customer concerns. And if you want to talk to corporate office no one will share the Phone numbers of Director or manager because they have been instructed not to share.
This seems true also because once I happened to meet owner and raised the similar concern at least two time but nothing improved after that.
Response you get what ever they are doing is best no senior can do any thing.

UNSATISFACTORY SERVICES
They are not able to provide the service which they have promised to give me and took tons of money for that service. File consumer complaint against these fraud slimming centers for involving in unfair trade practice and seek refund of your hard earned money alongwith compensation.
