[Resolved]  The Body Care — Cheating of Slimming Centre

I recently join body care[model town branch ]. i had join it on 28th january2011 but recently due to some problem i had left it for 20 days.as your rules says after 1month the card is has deactivated but its not like that. Today when i went there they ask me for fee for again activation. i had taken a class on 30th march but there are no one to take it and they are saying the last class is on 25th march.they haven't register my name no one had told me or inform me about this deactivation of card.









If the action taken by u is not in my favour.

i strictly send a letter to court for this unmanageable or bad survives give by your branch member.

The condition of Body Care is so pathetic at Preet Vihar institute. At the time of registration Ms. Pranshi talks to you so politely and then if you want to talk to her she remains always busy either in talking to her husband or counselling or phasaon another innocent person. The staff is demotivated. Therapy rooms are bad. Wires are coming out and hanging. All T.V. Sets are bad in condition. And more over the toilets, what to say, yuk, bad smell, always dirty. Towels, bed sheets and pillow covers are like using since ages. I my self have spoken to so called Ms. Divya regarding the condition of toilets, towels and therapy rooms on which she said she is spending money on this only. Zero result. At the time of registration they show you gardens of hopes, once registered you find yourself on a throne of beds. You keep ringing the bell or call them they wont listen you coz they always busy in their own personal talks. Using guest facility in front of guest is their habit. They avoid customers. Certainly 'Body Care is not at all a professional institute. Regret to join them and waste my hard earned money.

i joined body care In May 2010 .But i am not satisfied with their service.Very rude behaviour . Me and my husband both we paid a big amount towards reduce the 10 kg each .But there is no result came out .and now they expairing our cards .and asking for a big amount again to countinue.Total froud they are.i recommend never join body care just take little care o[censored]r diet and get a results for weight loss .Dont join body care spacialy Gujrawala Town branch .Total waste of money and time they have no good staff at all .

please file a complaint of cheatinbg in the nearrest police station and also in a copnsumer court now. a lot o[censored]s doing that during the next 8 days! do that now!

body care is 1 of reputed slimming centre in bangalore and jaynagar is the best to provide service over all i had a very gud exprince in weigth loss & acne trements.

I completely agree with this.Last week I visited the body care, punjabi bagh branch.I am sure even a small local beauty parlour is better than that. They refused to provide facial gown saying its dirty, their infrastructure is no less than a dumping ground.The facial girl was talking to another girl their and were abusing(using slangs like mother & sister in hindi, frequently in their conversation} some of their customers their.
I went for the big name body care but their I realized, they should shut this outlet or stop giving fake promises in fancy advertisements. they are a complete bunch of frauds.
Its a never to visit place...

even i am also feeling like cheated they are not giving me appointment as per i demand du to which me not havin any continution

I completely agree with the customer complaints.very bad behaviour, cheaters, they charge first & don't give complete services. I purchased the voucher through snap deal in the promotional offer. but they were not ready to give the appointment. validity of the voucher is over. It seems as they begging the people to come at their parlour & when customer reach there they rob them.

i totally agree to all the complaints above as i am facing similar problems by joining noida branch of bodycare. they are cheaters.staff working there is not competent even they dont know how to talkto ur customers.
their dieticians are not good even i think they just appointed fools over there. first they tell u that there is no restriction on food u eat but after joining they tell u to maintain a dairy and gives u a diet plan i.e. what to eat. they r making fool of their customers and robbing money from them. dont even go their for consultation because once u go their they won't let u go wiyhout taking their some plan. they insist u to do so.i lost my Rs.11, 000.

I faced similar issue, they say that your cards are not available with us as we have sent them to the Head Office for updates. Since 1 month they are not letting me in.

CHEAP, PIMPING BUSINESS, PROSTITUION GOING ON, ALL WORK TOGETHER.
GET GOOD LOOKING GIRLS TO ATTARCT CLIENTS ALONG WITH THEIR MONEY.

even i had also experienced same . Noida centre sector 16 makes only tall and fake promises they are only making money but are not customer oriented
Body care took huge amount from me as a fees of reducing 10 kgs and for 10 tummy tucks.. no result at all. i finally had to stop visiting them..the branch head was so rude that the way she shouted at me was ridicules, ,

I totally agree with you. The word cheater is not enough for them. They are robbers with licence.They irritate their customers to the maximum extent.
They have cheated mee too. I want to take legal actions against them if any body are willing to help me i will be happy.

gurgaon centre of bosy care, the dietician geetanjali is unprofessional and illmanered. I agree with the complaints above. even i am body care client for past 6 months . i havnt lost weight . apart from that, i booked appointment on 13 march at 11 am for liposuction . the lady dietician asked me to take another session and then liposuction for which i came. at 12:15 she said i have to wait for 15 minutes . i waited and then she said come tomo . that too damn so rude . body care people do not respect clients and their time . ahve paid almost 30, 000 rs for therapies . but i dont care for money . my time is more precious than money . that lady doesnt even bother to say sorry .

i also take a package of weight loss< but now i am pregnanat, so i want refund my amount. but they are helpless. and dont supporting to me.

This is of no surprise to me since I am also facing the same problem, Every time you call for the appointment the reply is alwayz it is next week & it's been 3 months the issue contiues their machine, their assets are not with them, that is really disappointing that a service provder is doing it... its been like a hell situation when the put down the phone oon your face..., pls i beg all not to belive the counsellors not to make payment at once//////
