I have written a letter to [protected]@gmail.com and crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com but no reply given tilldate. My letter is as follows.

Sir,

This is to inform you that I have subscribed your magazine ‘UDITA’ for a year on 7/12/2010. I have already sent a cheque amounting Rs. 99/- vide No. 658810 o[censored]BI dt. 7/12/2010 which is eventually cleared by your office on 16/12/2010.



But unfortunately, my first January Copy hasn’t reached till today. As a senior citizen , should I think , I have done a mistake choosing Times of India .

Please let me inform what is the reason for not getting my copy though I have met all your formalities.
