[Resolved]  Ticketgenie.in — Non reciept of Ticket after online payment

Same issue...no response from the website or company.

Same issue here too. My match is tomorrow, the transaction has been approved but the ticket is still not sent by courier.

same issue ...no response in from the given no and mail id . my match show is 16/march/2010 i booked 9 tickets transaction has been approved and i go to mohan bagan office here is also no response ...
what i do...

On 08.03.2010 I booked two ticket for the match between Delhi dare devils & Chennai super kings on 19/03/2010 at Firoz shah kotla.But After making online payment i didn't get the TICKET Page to take out the print of the ticket.

Money has been deducted from my account.The help Line no. given at website also not working.I sent them complaint mail regarding this, but they are not replying at all.
Please Please Please help.

I got the same error message as given below

Object reference not set to an instance of an object. "

I made the payment on 3 Mar 2010. Amount was deducted.

With great difficulty I was able to connect to the customer care. They told me that the transaction would be reversed in a day or two. But now it has been 15 days and I havent heard from them.

Please update me if any of you receive any response

dont warry the ticket are come in address ya print out take and go to staydium the ticket will issue i am happy ...

i have booked 6 tickets on 22 feb for the match of 19 march( IPL at DELHI) but i have not received the tickets till 16 feb.
same thing is with me, Ticket genie is not responding for my mail and customer care no is not operational. the person who is picking the phone in operations department is not replying anything, he/she just putted it on wait without responding.
I do not whether i will see the match or not. i have paid Rs750+ 60/ ticket .

please please help

hi i book 4 tickets on 7th march for the ipl match in delhi shedule on 17th march, tickets cost 2060 rs including 60rs charge for courier service...amount deduct from my account ...but till now 16th march iam sitting without tickets...i alredy wrote 4-5 reminder mail to ticketgeinie people but they are not responding at all...i will sue them for sure...

I did 3 transactions and booked total 17 tickets. But all the tickets have same seat numbers. So totally its showing only 6 seat numbers in all the 3 orders.

I booked it online and when I am calling back guys for cancelling the transactions, they are telling me to get approval from ticketgenie to cancel.

But this stupid ticketgenie is neither responding for my mails nor picking up the call.

I will not leave them till they refund my money.

I request guys in bangalore to go their office and beat them for cheating people and minting money

I have booked tickets for today's match ( 18th March ).I booked a total of 8 tickets.6 in 1st transaction and 2 in the 2nd transaction. My transaction numbers are 181909:60893, 60894, 60895, 60896, 60897, 60898, . and 206950:61451, 61452, . Yesterday i received a packet from Blue dart for the 1st transaction but it had only 5 tickets instead of 6.I called Blue Dart, who say that problem is from ticket genie's side.The Idiotic ticket genie people neither pick my call nor respond to the mail.The 2 tickets for the 2nd transaction have not come at all.I dont know what to do or whom to approach for the 3 ticket of mine.There is noone to help me out on this.

i recieved my tickets on 17 feb( 3 days before the match)

I am facing the same problem . i booked my tickets on feb13, i am yet to get the tickets . i am not even able to track the courier online. no response from the customer care, both the mail id and ph no. is this a fake...

I booked IPL tickets on 26th December 2009 for the Match between Bangalore V/s Kolkatta Match on 10th April, but till now I didn't got my Tickets. Phone No & Email addresses are not in use. What to do please help me...

I am having the same problem as Yusuf had. I had booked 12 tickets for the MI VS DC match on 28th march in 2 transaction. I got 6 tickets in 1 packet & 5 tickets in the other. I have been trying to get in touch with ticketgenie on their call center no & even on their corporate office no. Both no are not responding to the calls.

These cheats dont know how to handle online booking. Bookmyshow is a much better website.

I am still consufed as what should I do.

I also booked tickets for Mar 27th but with the change of schedule to Mar 25th was asking for a refund since the first week of March, sent multiple emails(info, operation, [protected]@ticketgenie.in) tried to call various numbers- "helpline"[protected] and 42579821. Finally today, on the day of the match (Mar 25th)!, I got a call from Ticketgenie 42579809 that I could get a refund in 7-10 days if I don't receive/take the tickets when the courier guy came with the tickets. Finally, at noon, he did come with the tickets (for the 4PM match, what a joke!, I had done the online book around 10th of Feb). So as we advised by the Ticketgenie person I did not take the tickets from him and am hoping will receive the refund as promised by them...hopefully I have not lost both my tickets and money.

Continuing to my post above, I would like to mention what happened on 18th. After numerous calls and waiting periods, i finally got a number from ticket genie ( guy1) and they said that contact this guy(guy2) at the stadium and he will give me my remaining 3 tickets.When i contacted him, he denied.After 30 mins of talks he gave me a number of another person(guy3) who was supposed to meet me at gate no 5 to give me the tickets.He kept me waiting for more than 2 hrs at the gate when he finally picked the call to say that he has used to the tickets and was sitting confortably inside the stadium.When i lost temper and abused, he gave me a number & said that guy(guy4) would meet me in 5 mins & give me the tickets.When i call this guy4, he gives me the phone number of guy1 again.Guy2 who was the politest of all was willing to listen & help.He somehow managed to get 3 tickets for me of some other stand.I went with my family but ended up sitting seperate and missed first 6 overs of the match also
