[Resolved] Tikona — Account closing

I have account of tikona broadband and i want to close my account due to improper services.
I try all my best to aware them to close my account.
I send them so many mails...................
I make so many calls.......................
Finally I submit return request to their employee.

But there is no response .................
they are expecting to generate more and more bills..........
