Tikona — Want My Money Refund, always get new complaint ID but no action | |||
I have applied for Internet connection in Tikona. The representive Mr. Harshal collect the doc and Rs.500 Cheque. After 2days, the engineer came and check the network. There was no network coverage of Tikona at my place. After that I called the representive to back my cheque. I put several complaint, write several messages to Tikona Care. Every time they send me one new complaint ID. I did not get any installation modem and service from Tikona. Last time I called to costumer care, the person did n't want to listen my complaint. He says, your userID is already generated and there is no complaint, where as I have lots of proofs for my complaint. The Tikona is really harashing people and do not response well. I want my money back and do not want to waste time behind 500/- Was this information helpful? | |||

Customer care says we are resolving the issue, if we ask for the ETA for the they say they dont have one( First Company to see).
The worst after sales service provided by the technical support team.
No response . No follow up.
don't even know what the solution is what i guess.
If we ask something they say they don't have access point near by and i have to bear with the connectivity
