My self Yogendra Trivedi and tikona user id is [protected]. Last 20 days i am facing slow speed issue, i logged so many complaint and already 4 time engineer visited my house to rectify the problem but still issue remain same. Top of that they disconnect the service yesterday and when I called customer care they told me that 9 Feb I raised for disconnection request . I mailed for disconnection on 9th Feb as they are not able to rectify the problem.But next day i got call from tech team that they are working on issue and if they are not able to resolve the issue they will disconnect and also they give one verification call before disconnection. But this is really very sad that one side your technician come my house to resolve the issue and other side you disconnect without giving any call or verification.
If They are incompatible to solve the issue, in frustration any customer will say to disconnect , i am facing the same issue from last 20 days. Its your duty to call me and inform that when you are going to disconnect the service. But this is the worst service i am seeing that first you are not resolving the issue and second suddenly disconnected the service.
I already send 30 mail form my (trivedi.[protected]@gmail.com) related to my concerns. Was this information helpful? |
