[Resolved]  Tikona — Cancel my Connection

Dear All,



I have purchase a Connection on 16 july 2010 & give a chq Rupees 500 amount
Chq Clear from my account. But till date Installation not complete. I talk with Mr.Vishal ur bhopal Tecnical Department.He said that he is unable to installation on my address some technical problem. So I Have Sent a mail for Cancellation my connection but till date, they do not refund my amount. Only I have received a mail from Mr Chandrashekhar Goel. what can i do.....

he i want to cancle my internet conmnection so plz cancell my connection and my ID is [protected]
i hav used 5 months of tikona wifi..first i usd quarterly plan..even after dat i got to pay 3 bills extra while it shudve been 2
and der r no replies in tikona email too..plz deactivate my account..user id [protected]

I need to cancel to my tikona connection.
I have already spoke with concerned area manager but no reply.
I have already paid 2 months bill without usage.
They again sent me a bill of 1200 rupees.
They informed me that is a prepaid connection
But I know the truth only the sales person came to collect the bill.
This is the worst service provider since I begin using the internet. They are playing with the ignorance of people and looting money.
Please say me the procedure to file a complaint in consumer court.
Worst tikona, people please don't go for it.
I have asked to cancel my connection nearly 2 1/2 month back still they didn't.

And sending me bills. It is fraud, no signal cheating don't get cheated like me

Worst screwed up net have never seen. There best part is customer service so great seriously hate off to them . Who hires those agents who just don't bloody understand English n then disconnect the call. That's what get trained to do on call centres I think. Not they understand the query nor can help n to reach customer service takes the whole bloody day

Tikona — Broadband is not working.

Its been 2 weeks they have not resolved my problem. Internet connection is not working from past 2 weeks and they are closing the request without any confirmation.

Science 48 hrs before i am complaint . Costumer care told 48 hrs after given connection but not issue . Just now three days completed. Please check it . Here no response your Tiokna employer's .
