Hi tikona team I already mention disconnect my connection but still you continue generate bill for me so many times I mentioned but you don't take any action pls deactivate my account immediatly.my account no [protected].last two months I don't use tikona but still continue generate mail to me .kindly deactivate my account plss
I need to cancel to my tikona connection.
I have already spoke with concerned area manager but no reply.
I have already paid 2 months bill without usage.
They again sent me a bill of 1200 rupees.
They informed me that is a prepaid connection
But I know the truth only the sales person came to collect the bill.
This is the worst service provider since I begin using the internet. They are playing with the ignorance of people and looting money.
Please say me the procedure to file a complaint in consumer court.

Worst screwed up net have never seen. There best part is customer service so great seriously hate off to them . Who hires those agents who just don't bloody understand English n then disconnect the call. That's what get trained to do on call centres I think. Not they understand the query nor can help n to reach customer service takes the whole bloody day
Tikona — Broadband is not working.
Its been 2 weeks they have not resolved my problem. Internet connection is not working from past 2 weeks and they are closing the request without any confirmation.theft in modem box
Science 48 hrs before i am complaint . Costumer care told 48 hrs after given connection but not issue . Just now three days completed. Please check it . Here no response your Tiokna employer's .68%
