I got my ticona connection on 7th august,2011. My userid is [protected]. From 15th August,2011 the connection is too much slow. Even most of the times it is not able to open the login page.
I have complained to customer care twice, but did not get any fruitful assistance. Each time some people called me and told that some engineer will come to visit my place for the issue. But, no one has come still now (24-Aug-2011).
Now, I am feeling that I have cheated by ticona. I did not even get proper service equivalent to 1000 bucks which I have paid at the time of taking the connection.

i subscribed the tikona BB449 plan from last 1 month, but I feel the company has no parents.I canot use the service in last 20 days. I am contacting the officer over Mobile phone but no one is responding the phone. So the company has a very poor service. my sincere advice to the authority kindly withdraw my connection by paying my security money.
