Dear Sir/Madam,
Today i got a call from Mobile Number +91-[protected] saying that i have not paid tikona bill. She also told me that she is a lawyer from Delhi and a case will be logged against me in Delhi Civil Court if I fail to pay the said amount.
But i have paid all the due bill amount and have terminated my Tikona broadband connection(User ID. [protected]).
I also handed over the CPE device to the Tikona guy after getting a call from Tikona requesting to return the device.
I also have received a mail from Tikona for full and final settlement of the connection on Aug 6.I have attached a screen shot of the mail that i received from Tikona.
Please cross check the details and confirm.
