[Resolved] Tikona Broadband Digital Network — Non-cancellation of service after reminders | |||
My Tikona broadband account number is[protected]. I had raised a request for cancellation of service on Sep 1; complaint number 1-[protected]. I had already paid my bills for Aug. My cancellation request is not being acted on; and I still keep getting pestering/ nuisance calls for bill payment reminder. Tikona is the worst network i had used. Thanks to the network's unreliability, I haven't used it for more than 10 days in the 6 months o[censored]sage. It's just money down the drain!!! I have heard similar complaints from other TIkona users who struggle a lot to get their service disconnected (for obvious reasons), while their bills keep mounting on and on. I wish this complaint is acted upon promptly by Tikona; and save the company's reputation from being regarded as 'unprofessional' and lacking customer focus. Was this information helpful? | |||
