[Resolved] Tikona Broadband Service — low speed | |||
hello sir, i m using tikona broadband internet connection. at beginning i was said that u would get 512kbps speed but mostly i get only about 350kbps and rarely i get about 450kbps speed. i m fully dissatisfied with tikona . if my problem will not be solved then i m thinking to discontinue with tikona. i hope u will do something in favour of me. thank you. -Dr.Smit Gokalani.([protected]) Was this information helpful? | |||

We would also like to inform that our contention ratio for fixed monthly charge plans is 1:10 and unlimited plans is 1:20. Slow speed is often attributable to several factors such as customer’s PC health, whether AV is installed or not, whether auto-updates are ON while using internet, etc.
