[Resolved] Tikona Broadband Service — Not getting check back | |||
On 3/6/2010 I have given check for Internet broadband service to Tikona Broadband service. Their Engineer comes to site and told me that here we can not catch signal and you will get check in 10 days. Check amount is debited from my account to Tikona. I have done so many mail communication with Tikonacare but they are reply like your transaction in process. After 1 month and 18 days, still I am not getting my check amount. Tikona Broadband Service — not getting my cheque back
I tried to get Tikona broadband service. First engineer came to my home to check the feasibility and said that full signals are coming and they can install it. On that day he took check of Rs. 1433 from me. which got debited from my account after two days.after so many followups of 15 days Engineer came and then he said that signals are not coming and they cannot install it. Now when I called customer care to know how to get my money back then he said that in their system my account is active. and money cannot be refunded. How can they change their system status to active even if thjey have not installed anything at all. What can I do to get my money back? If anybody has any idea,plz let me know.
