[Resolved]  Tikona — Internet Not working and not giving refund of installation charges

I stay in mulund west and I had taken Tikona internet services by paying installation charges of 500 Rs.They had come for inital survey and told that the signal is fine.However after paying up they came after few days did the installation and it didnt work,they connected some antennas and also kept some unit hanging in air in the balcony but still it was not working.
I have been calling them at customer care [protected] since 31st Jan and complaint no is[protected].But everyday the tect support informs me that within 24 hours it will be refunded.
I have wasted lot of money in calling them up.

TIKONA HYDERABAD ARE BAD SERVICE PROVIDERS
Its WASTE o[censored]sing TIKONA CONNECTION...I took it 30 days before till now am not getting Correct signals...Customer Care Representatives r also IRRESPONSIBLE and the people who r working are also IRRESPONSIBLE...they will make a Calls for taking connections but they will not Respond to our Problems... they r only saying that see for 1 week and Disconnect the connection...they r only not sure with there services...so my dear frnds please Dont switch to TIKONA...its WASTE of taking that connection...

it is a very bad internet service provider
i took the connection for past two months till now iam facing signal problem please don't take this type of connections because sometime it come Wi-fI suddenly disconnected problems please guys dont take this type of waste connections until our time will waste with this.

I have installed Tikona internet Wifi at my home in delhi on[protected], . from the day-1 i am facing a problem of poor network. some one from technical department advised me that they'll provide me an Antenna. but till date i haven't recieved any stuff for my better network.

I have escalte my mail to the nodal officer and other tikona officers that if it'll not resolve within 24hrs i'll approach to the Consumer Court.

If the company has not the efficency to increase the frequency of their network then why the hell the offer such service.

Awaiting for their response and i am not going to pay them for the 1st bill.
Tikona Digital network service is very bad whatever i have seen.i am calling to careofficer from 18th march2101 but no respond till today.their working attidute is very bad.
Tikona is the Worst Internet connection i have ever seen.

They don's have escalation matrix with contact number. I Request every body who see this post and before planning to take the connection from tikona to not to go with tikona.

You can not reach any higher official so that you can explain your grievance.

There are only email id of higher officials for each state or region.

If you mail there will not be any response.

I requested the phone numbers of nodal office and Applete authority also by mailing them.

Even i requested them to call me on my mobile number so that i can explain my grievence.

There is no response

I have made 30 cals since one and half month, and my request is still in progress state.

I request all who ever see this post to make aware of your collegues or this worst connection.

if you could post saying tiokona is worst service porivide. I helps a lot of people not to take this connection.
I request all the indian not to go with this connection.
Even i am interested in spending the amount on mass messaging to mobiles about this connection.

You can understand the frustration of me. i am ready to spend some amount to make aware of this worst connection to the people.

tikona net — not refunding of the installation charges

my name is Aman Bansal. i m from Mumbai....i paid RS-500 as an installation charges for setting up tikona net connection. After the installation there was no access to the internet due to low network of tikona net connection. its almost 2 months now and i have not received RS-500 back.

tikona net — 7th to 15th is one month

Dear sir/Madam
I am taken tikona net connection on 7th feb 2011 with a querterly plan(3months) and i paid 2095/- including tax, at the time of taking connection the executive said sir u have to pay the bill before 15th date of the month and said no need to pay the bill upto 7th may 2011 and browsing and downloading are unlimitted.

now the tikona care sent a message to me that i have to pay the bill 1327 before 5th of may.i am suprised by seeing that message because i am in querterly plan,immediately i called tikona care and said i am in querterly plan sir and i paid the total amount of 2095/- at the time of taking connection for 3 months.(550 per month)

the tikona care person said sir 7th feb to 15th feb is one month bill completed and 15th feb to 15th march one month completed and 15th mar to 15 apr 1 month completed

we have 30 or 31 days in a month but the tikona care person said i[censored] take connection on 14 th morning the next day 15th night 12Am is one month(1 day per month)

and i said i will go to consumer court regarding this issue they said any help regarding tikona sir..
the executive person which is given the connection lifted the phone one time and i said every thing about the conversation he said no need to pay the bill sir and also he ask to send my username,mail id and mobile no....now he is not lifting the phone

Tikona is the cheater and fraud company. If you have any issue go to the site www.pgportal.gov.in. This site is run by Department of Telecommunication (DOT). Log your complaint in the this site.

The main objective of the portral is mentiotion below

Not getting connected to Internet for 4 days

Sir, I am using tikona Internet from Sunday for me till Monday the Internet was working well but after that it is not getting connect. I could get into the login page itself... Please contact me [protected]
