Tikona — Non Installation Of Service

I applied for a connection with Tikona Broadband on 15 February 2010. The representative came and checked my site for signal and took the documents, application form and a cheque of Rs 500/- on 21 February 2010. I was promised that the installation will occur the same day.

After a lot of complaints, I received a call from Tikona care[protected] on 26 February 2010 saying that my form has been processed and installation will occur within 24 hours.

After waiting for two more days and after a numerous complaints, I sent a complaint by email to nodal officer, Delhi with no reply from him.

Telephone calls to Nodal Office, Delhi[protected] don't get picked up.

On 3 March 2010 11.42 a.m , I received another call from Tikona Care[protected] stating that engineers have been sent for installation and will reach at 01:00 p.m. I took a leave from my office but still the engineers did not come.

I called Tikona Care again to know about the installation and I received another complaint number[protected] and an assurance that representative will contact within 24 hours.

In spite of repetitive complaints at Tikona customer care, The installation has still not been done.

Each time I am given a complaint number and said that the representative will contact you in 24 hours.

Telephone call to nodal office, New Delhi wsa picked up today. I got them to talk for over 45 seconds thats a record. Same thing again. "An Engineer Will Visit Within 24 Hours". and phone cut.

They should better just post a recording of the saying.

It's same thing with me man... I feel like buried alive by hearing the same answer from all other their representative...

I think this woulde be their slogan "Engineer will visit you soon / will give a call back with in 24 hours / you will receive your password within 6 hours"...

WHAT AN IRONY MAN...

How asked them to start such useless things to put us on suffer...
I too took Tikona service.
The installation was done on Feb 24 2010 BUT till date no one has come to connect the WIFI
Made countless calls and emails. The nodal office is as good as non existance...
Friends PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM TIKONA.

Unless you too want to write something here.
I feel its just a money making racket...
Is there any body who takes action on our complaints or its just a forum formed for ppl to vent out their frustration. Anyone whose complaint was looked into after listing it here.

I am also fed up with Tikona services... Another one on the list :(
